Jimmy Dick and I, Mrs. Dick, went on a vacation/wedding anniversary trip last week. WE had a blast. Celebrating 10 years of marriage…wahooooo!
We decided to spend some time in Hawaii, the island of Oahu. We decided to pick Oahu due to the fact that on this island they have the Military Resort The Hale Koa. It was fabulous! They not only have a great reception area, but 40 acers located in Waikiki. The beach front was EVERYTHING. So much room to enjoy and “spread out” (thanks to Covid 19).
While returning home and recuperating from Jet Lag ( 4 hour time change for us…kills me…haha) Jimmy Dicks wanted to create a meal to reminisce our vacation and here it is. Grilled Hawaiian Chicken. Oh my gosh, so so good. I would recommend this dish anytime of the year, but really it’s a great summer meal for sure. The video is below. Enjoy everone.
